Ingredients
  • Blueberry Panna Cotta
    • Cream - ½ cup
    • Milk - ½ cup
    • Sugar - 2 tsp
    • Nitta Gelatin - 1 tsp
    • Blueberry compote/jam - 1 Tbsp
  • Vanilla Panna Cotta
    • Cream - ½ cup
    • Milk - ½ cup
    • Sugar - 2 tsp
    • Nitta Gelatin - 1 tsp
    • Vanilla - 1 tsp
  • Mango Panna Cotta
    • Cream - ½ cup
    • Milk - ½ cup
    • Sugar - 2 tsp
    • Nitta Gelatin - 1 tsp
    • Mango purée/jam - 1 Tbsp
Preparation
  1. Bloom 1 tsp of Nitta Gelatin in ¼ cup cold water for 15 mins.
  2. Meanwhile, heat cream, milk and sugar. Add in the bloomed Gelatin and milk until melted.
  3. Add in the blueberry compote/jam and milk well.
  4. Pour into mould of choice and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Repeat until step 3 and swap vanilla essence for blueberry jam.
  6. Pour into the mold and refrigerate for another 1 hour.
  7. Repeat until step 3 and add mango purée/jam and mix until well combined.
  8. Pour into the mold and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  9. Garnish with mango and blueberry.
  10. Tastes best when served cold. 
Ready in 4 hours
