Ingredients
  • Cocoa - 4 tsp
  • Sugar - ¼ cup
  • Milk - 1.5 cup
  • Gelatin - 1 tsp
  • Water -¾ cup
Preparation
  1. Bloom 1tsp of Gelatin in ½ cup of cold water.
  2. Mix cocoa, sugar and milk. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Melt and add the Gelatin to the chocolate milk mixture.
  4. Pour into desired dishes/bowls and refrigerate overnight or for 6-8 hours.
