How to make jellies with gelatin?

Everyone loves gellicious jelly! With this recipe you can learn how easy it is to make a jelly. The video also explains how to make gellicious jellies with gelatin.

Ingredients (for 15 servings)
  1. Gelatin : 3 table spoon
  2. Potable water : 6 glass
  3. Flavour : 1 ½ table spoon
  4. Citric Acid : ¾ tea spoon
  5. Sugar : 2 cup
Preparation
  • Soak Gelatin in ¼ glass cold water for 5 minutes
  • Heat water. Add Gelatin to warm water and stir well till it gets dissolved completely in water. No need to boil.
  • Add sugar and stir well
  • Add flavor and citric acid. (We can also use 2 lemon instead of citric acid)
  • Allow it to cool
  • Pour it in a vessel or jelly mould
  • Place into the refrigerator and leave to set (minimum 4 hrs)
Serve
  • Decorate with fruits and nuts, serve with custard, ice cream or as desired.

    I made gelatin jelly using Tang Mango mix. The following method I used

    1. Dissolve 30g Tang in 200 ml water
    2.1 table spoon of Gelatin melted in hot water (about 50ml)
    3. Mixed Tang liquid and Gelatin solution
    4. Kept it in refrigerator for cooling
