How about making jellies just with Tang? It is very easy. We only need gelatin and Tang. Children can definitely do it. Try making them and share pictures.
Mango Jelly with Tang
Servings - 2-3
Time Required – about 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unflavoured/plain gelatin (10 gm)
- 30 gm Tang powder (Mango flavour)
- 300 ml water
Preparation
- Dissolve 30 gm Tang powder (mango flavour) in 200 ml water. Decant the top clear Tang solution into another vessel, without transferring the settled down particles.
- Take 1 table spoon of gelatin, add 50 ml of warm water and allow gelatin to melt.
- Mix tang solution & Gelatin solution thoroughly.
- After mixing, pour the solution in appropriate vessel/ice trays and keep in the refrigerator for setting.
- Remove after 3-4 hours.
Serve immediately.
