Jujubes Candies Time Required - 2.5 hours Ingredients Gelatin - 2 tbsp Water - 1 cup Sugar - 1 cup Lemon - 1/2 Food colour - as per your choice Preparation Soak Gelatin in ½ cup of water. Keep it aside Add sugar and ½ cup water in a pan. Bring to boil. Stir well on a medium flame until a thick consistency Add Gelatin and stir well until the Gelatin is dissolved. Turn off the burner and add lemon Add the desired colour of your choice (2 or 3 drops) Pour the mixture into a greased mould or ice tray Let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hrs Demould the candy. Panna Cotta

Panna cotta literally translates to cooked cream. It is a silky, custardy pudding that gets its texture from Gelatin and tastes best when served with berries. Follow the recipe below. Panna Cotta Ingredients Gelatin - 1 tbsp Coldwater - 2 tablespoon Fresh cream - 1.5 cups Milk - 1/2 cup Sugar - 1/3 cup Splash of vanilla Preparation In a wide bowl sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for a minute. In a saucepan, heat the cream along with the sugar until the sugar dissolves completely. Make sure it does not come to a boil. Add the bloomed gelatin to the cream mixture and turn off the heat. Once the gelatin dissolves, add in the milk along with the splash of vanilla. Divide the mixture among 4 ramekins and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight for best results. Dip the ramekins in hot water for a couple of seconds and run a clean knife through the edges of the ramekins for the pudding to come out easily. Flip the ramekins onto the centre

Creamy Milk Pudding

Christmas-themed Creamy Milk Pudding. Recipe below. Make it at home and share it with your family. You can also check the video on Youtube. Creamy Milk Pudding - YouTube Ingredients Milk - 1 cup each (total 3 cups) Condensed milk - ½ cup each (total 1.5 cup) Vanilla - 1 tsp each (total 3 tsp) Nitta Gelatin - 1 Tbsp each (total 3 Tbsp) Cold Water - ¼ cup each for blooming Gelatin Food colour as per choice Preparation Bloom 1 Tbsp Nitta Gelatin in ¼ cup cold water. Let it bloom for 15 mins. Meanwhile, in a bowl add 1 cup of warm milk. Pour in ½ tin condensed milk along with 1 tsp of vanilla essence. Melt the Gelatin in a microwave or on a stovetop on low heat and add it to the mixture. Add in the food colour of choice and give it a good mix. Pour into desired moulds and let it refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours. Repeat the process 2 more times with the colour of choice to get a beautiful contrast of colour.
