Coffee Jelly

This is coffee served in cubes of jelly. Coffee jellies are such a treat to the eyes and taste buds yet so easy to make. Follow the recipe below.
Coffee Jelly

Ingredients
  • Gelatin - 1 tbsp
  • Coldwater - 2 tbsp
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Sugar - 1/3 cup
  • Coffee powder - 3 tsp
  • Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
  • Cream - 1 cup
Preparation
  1. In a wide bowl sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for a minute.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the water along with the sugar. As it comes to a boil, add in the coffee powder. Turn off the heat and add in the bloomed Gelatin, mix until fully dissolved.
  3. Pour into a square dish and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight. Using a knife, cut the jelly horizontally and then vertically to make cubes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the condensed milk and cream and stir until homogenous.
  5. Toss in the coffee jelly to a glass and pour in the condensed milk mixture. Serve cold.
